The new Jubilee Party will be officially launched on June 4.
The National Alliance party Nakuru County chairman, Harrison Muiruri said both URP and TNA will formally dissolve on June 4, paving the way for the unveiling of the political vehicle pitted to be President Kenyatta's re-election vehicle in 2017.
He added that the Noah Wekesa-led committee that is working on the formation of the new party is in its final stages of making the new party ready.
Speaking in Nakuru, Muiruri said the party will be launched after the Madaraka Day celebrations.
"The party is almost ready and the committee led by Noah Wekesa is in the final stages of its work and sooner than later the party will be unveiled," he said.
"What I can confirm is that URP and TNA will be dissolving formally on June 4, and all members will have no option than to join the Jubilee party," he added.
The new Jubilee party was supposed to be launched on the 16th of April but the plan was changed due to legal technicalities according to Muiruri.
