Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has confessed that the Jubilee Party could punish Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja for interceding in a battle between Jubilee and NASA politicians in Pan Afric Hotel in Nairobi yesterday night.

Through his Facebook post, Moses kuria said that the party will be going to rule out the team to punish Nairobi senator for what he did.

"I hear that senator Sakaja saved Anthony Oluoch from fellow NRM thugs. Our party will Institute disciplinary proceedings against senator Sakaja for interfering with the affairs of a terrorist organisation", Mp Kuria posted yesterday.

Mathare MP Oluoch was harassed by the so called Jubilee bodyguards when Sakaja intervened in the fight.

The two parties’ leaders yesterday brawled at Panafric hotel in Nairobi during a press conference held by Jubilee.

Senator Murkomen was briefing the press, saying that he was condemning the action that Hon Raila Odinga declared his party a resistance movement.

As they were continuing with the meeting, Kibera MP Ken Okoth broke in with his NASA squad and stopped Mr Murkomen from continuing with his address arguing that he was giving false information live on TV.

Later on a gang of men chipped in and rained Oluoch with kicks and fists.

Jubilee called for  the senator to be punished for disrespecting the press and initiating the fight.
