The ODM party has accused Jubilee administration of planning to use money that the National Assembly's Budget Committee, to fund party primaries.ODM director of communications Philip Etale noted the Committee passed a supplementary budget to fund political parties primaries, but Jubilee wants it all.''We can authoritatively reveal a scheme by Jubilee administration to allocate all the money approved by the budget committee of the National Assembly for purposes of party primaries to Jubilee Party,'' Etale said.
'ODM now wants all political parties to benefit from the allocations.
''If passed, all registered parties must get a share for nominations,'' he said, in a communication.
Jubilee plans to start party primaries, April.
