Jubilee youthful aspirant Antony Kibagendi failed to meet party expectations as he lost Kitutu Chache South parliamentary seat to former MP Richard Onyonka.
Kibagendi managed position two with a total of 5, 074 votes while ODM's Samwel Omwando came a distant third with 4,324 votes meaning Richard Onyonka won by 10,122 votes.
The constituency returning officer Hildah Imbo, however, said that they conducted the elections in a free and fair manner.
The area, however, witnessed a lower voter turnout as it has 59, 017 registered voters but those who turned out to vote were 22,240 representing 37.40 percent.
