[Photo/Daily Nation]Former Vihiga Member of Parliament Yusuf Chanzu has refuted allegations that he is buying Identification cards (IDs) in Vihiga county.Chanzu who defected from ANC to Jubilee party after losing the Vihiga gubernatorial race to ODM's Wilbur Ottichilo in the August 8 polls, said it was unrealistic for him to buy the IDs yet he also needs Vihiga voters to vote for President Uhuru in the upcoming October 26 fresh presidential election.He further accused ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi, Vihiga senator George Khaniri and Sabatia MP Alfred Agoi of backstabbing him during the campaigns."As I was busy campaigning for ANC, they were backstabbing me by supporting somebody else," the Star quotes Chanzu.The Jubilee politician also denied claims that he joined Jubilee party for money noting that he is not a 'tumbocrat.'Expressing his disappointment with Mudavadi supporting Ottichilo, the Ex-MP promised to deliver over 100,000 votes to Jubilee's basket in the repeat poll.He spoke on Saturday in Vihiga when he met Jubilee supporters in the region.
