The Jubilee coalition has claimed that Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu love affair with ODM Senator Amos Wako affected her ruling during the presidential petition.

Murang'a senator Irungu Kang'ata is the latest Jubilee leader to thrust the issue to the public asking Wako to come out and clear the air on whether he influenced the DCJ.

Kangata said  Mwilu ought to have revealed her relationship with Wako because he was associated with one party in the petition.

"It is against the ethics of the Law Society of Kenya to fail to disclose a relationship with a judge that may affect the outcome of a case,"the star reported.

Kang'ata was speaking at  Gatanga during a presidential campaign  organised by central Kenya legislators.

In attendance were Murang'a women county mp Sabinna Chege Gatanga MP Joseph Nduati, Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro, Kandara MP Alice Wahome, Mathioya MP Peter Kimari, Kigumo MP Ruth Mwaniki and Maragua MP Mary Njoroge.

The legislators urged voters to come out in large numbers and reelect President Uhuru Kenyatta.
