National Assembly Majority leader Aden Duale has dismissed NASA coalition on its revealed intent to hold their own elections saying there will be no provision as such in the country.

Speaking in Garissa, Duale said if in any case, the opposition holds elections, they can only conduct a poll within their political parties and not a national exercise.

He said national elections are envisaged under the constitution and are funded by Kenyan's through Parliament.

"We have no other body that can conduct elections oth r than IEBC.Elections are provided for by the law ad are facilitated by Kenyans through Parliament.NASA can only hold political parties elections and not a national election," said Duale.

He held that Jubilee party was set to ensure there are fresh elections on the October 26 by all means possible with or without a NASA coalition candidate on the ballot.

Mr Duale was jn Garissa to receive President Kenyatta who has been hitting the campaign trail since the cancellation of the August 8 presidential election outcome and will this week seek votes in parts of Northern Kenya.
