In the letter, the former Rarieda Member of Parliament accuses the judiciary of open bias against the government and Jubilee Party aimed at giving the opposition advantage.

These are some of the accusations contained in the fiery letter:

1.The Chief Justice nearly burned the country by nullifying the August 8 presidential elections.

2.Failure to stop Raila Odinga's January 30 swearing-in.

3.The silence of Maraga on NASA's boycott of the rerun.

4Presenting himself to hear a case aimed at stopping the October 26 rerun of the presidential elections, certifying it as urgent while putting cases filed by Jubilee to the back banner.

5.Granting Okiyah Omtatah's requests easily and certifying them as urgent.

6.Failing to weigh in on NASA's People's Assembly.

The fiery letter has left many Kenyans wondering if this is the opening salvo in what President Uhuru called revisiting the Supreme Court's decision.
