It is now 40 days to the August 8, polls and leaders from both Jubilee and NASA outfits are out and about seeking to consolidate votes across the country.
On Thursday, the Jubilee team led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto are in Embu wooing voters after spending yesterday in neighboring Kirinyaga County.
On the other hand, the NASA team, led by their presidential candidate Raila Odinga are for the second day hunting for votes in Narok County.
In Nairobi, governorship candidates are holding a public debate.
Two notable candidates who have skipped the event are Mike Sonko (Jubilee) and Peter Kenneth (independent)
