A senator allied to the Jubilee Party has called for the amended of the constitution in order to create a prime minister position.According to Tharaka Nithi Senator Kithure Kindiki, prime minister position will lead to all an inclusive government.Kithure made the remarks days after National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) urged the government to consider the prime minister position.He was speaking Maara Sub-county over the weekend.According to NCCK, the prime minister position should not be considered as an avenue for the creation of a nuse mkate government as witnessed in 2008.After the disputed 2007 elections, ODM’s Raila Odinga become the prime minister forming a coalition government with PNU’s Mwai Kibaki
