Nominated senator Paul Njoroge is expected in Court, following a gun drama at a Naivasha petrol station.
The Jubilee lawmaker was arrested, Tuesday night, after he shot at Vivo Energy managing director Polycarp Igathe, threatening him.
He shot twice, to stop workers from closing down a Shell petrol station, believed to be his, along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway.
The bullets, however, did not hit him, as he scampered for safety.
Igathe had hired the workers to confiscate equipment at the station, after Njoroge allegedly failed to abide by the Energy Regulation Commission requirements.
The senator is expected in Court, Wednesday, according to the Star.
