The Jubilee Party leadership at the Coast has warned aspirants against engaging in violence during the party nominations.Led by Mombasa governor hopeful Suleiman Shahbal, the party's top brass warned that those found culpable will be kicked out of the party.Shahbal, who was in the company of his running mate Anania Mwaboza and Jubilee Mombasa County coordinator Beatrice Gambo, assured supporters and aspirants eying different elective posts of free and fair nominations.Speaking at the Party's Nyali offices on Wednesday, Shahbal said all aspirants within the party have agreed to kick out any candidate who will engage in incidences that are likely to lead to violence during the primaries.“There has been a total agreement amongst all aspirants. Anyone who creates havoc on the nomination day will immediately be disqualified,” said Shahbal, as quoted by The Star. The Jubilee point man also revealed that the party has put in place measures to ensure incidences of violence are not witnessed during nominations.“We are confident the administration will have the security situation in control. As a party we have also made our security arrangements,” he said.
