Cord co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka has accused the Jubilee of using millions of money to distabilise Cord.
Speaking exclusively with NTV on Sunday night, Kalonzo said Jubilee is in the market place procuring ODM and Wiper members in bid to weaken them in their backyards.
"We have information that the Jubilee is spending millions to cause internal chaos in Cord. They are busy buying our members but their days are numbered," said the former vice president.
He said that not all Cord MPs have been witted and lured by the Jubilee government since some 100 others have resisted being bought in political market.
"However, we still have more than 100 others who have not given into the power of the ruling coalition. We have those who are loyal to the party and they shall be rewarded by their electorates to regain their positions next year in the ballots," added Kalonzo.
He said Jubilee wants to use their tyranny of numbers in Parliament to put their preferred candidate as the Chief Justice.
"We know that Jubilee MPs want to frustrate the efforts by the Judiciary Service Commission to select a candidate, they use their tyranny of numbers in Parliament and bring in their preferred candidate. This is what we want to get rid of in this nation," added the Wiper party leader.
This comes few months after some Wiper members shifted their allegiance from Kalonzo to Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
ODM members are also ditching the party by relinquishing their party positions including Ababu Namwamba, Paul Otuoma and John Walukhe.
