Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero has termed malicious and politically motivated the decision by NGOs Coordination Board to release information about the deregistration of his organisation.
Kidero said this after news of the deregistration of the Evans Kidero Foundation went public.
According to Nation, the governor now says the board did not serve him any letters over the same and that he was only hearing the news from media.
“I see mischief by the Non-Governmental Organizations Coordination Board to publicise the foundation instead of using proper channels to serve the respective persons. I will not be cowed by small politics carried out by Jubilee,” Kidero said.
He said that Jubilee were using the board to smear his name after realising that the mass voter registration in Nairobi did not favour them anymore.
