Former Deputy Speaker Farah Maalim has predicted the disintegration of Jubilee ahead of 2022 presidential politics.

According to Hon. Maalim, it would be a miracle if the governing party holds together beyond 2022.

''History shows that coalitions don't hold for more than five years. I don't think that Jubilee will be intact in 2022. Some members will break away and join the other side,'' Maalim said.

The former Lagdhera MP said that realignments in the political arena are not new in Kenya.

Maalim was speaking today in a panel discussion on an early morning programme.
