Opposition leader Raila Odinga has accused the Jubilee administration of trying to use IEBC to rig the 2017 elections.
Speaking in Narok on Friday, Odinga said the government was using delaying tactics to prolong IEBC's term in office so that they can rig them (Jubilee) in before they leave office.
“The Jubilee administration has been trying to apply delaying tactics with the matter. This is a clear tactic to use the team to rig the elections,” Raila told hundreds who had gathered at his rally.
He vowed to use all means to remove the embattled electoral team from office, threatening to resume the anti-IEBC demos should the team not leave by October 10.
“We will use all means to ensure they move out of the office, because Kenyans can no longer trust them to conduct the next elections," he added.
