Homa Bay senator Moses Kajwang' has accused the Jubilee administration of using tyranny of numbers to frustrate Opposition leaders in the National Assembly.
He said leaders affiliated to the Jubilee government were using their numbers to pass Bills which had adverse effects against citizens.
Kajwang' also said the tyranny of numbers on the Jubilee side was being used to stop the Opposition lawmakers from initiating constructive Bills meant to improve the welfare of the people.
"The Jubilee administration is using their tyranny of numbers to frustrate the work of the Opposition when it comes to meaningful Bills and arguments meant for the betterment of the welfare of the people. They are using their numbers to block the Opposition from engaging the government on issues of national importance,'' said the ODM lawmaker.
''In short, they are using their numbers to block the tyranny of brains from the Opposition from making important contributions in the National Assembly," he added.
