The Jubilee Party has been advised to reconsider its choice of pointmen if they are keen on salvaging its chances in the Gusii political landscape.
Political analyst Oeri Tumbo on Saturday said that the ruling party failed spectacularly in their quest to gain inroads into the vote rich county after settling on Kisii senator Chris Obure to lead its onslaught.
"They made a blunde by picking Hon Obure to lead its onslaught because the fellow does not appeal to the electorate at the moment," he said.
His sentiments were echoed by Kitutu Chache parliamentary aspirant Antony Kibagendi who averred that Obure would not deliver much to Jubilee.
