NASA has revealed that the Jubilee Party wanted to rig the elections by stuffing the ballots prior to the elections.
They said that Jubilee was trying to ensure that the electronic voting process does not happen so they rely on the manual process for rigging.
"What they wanted to do is mark and stuff them in ballot boxes and say these are the votes," said leader Raila Odinga.
"That is one of the reasons we withdrew. We cannot go to an election whose outcome is already known," Raila added.
The allegations said that a certain location in Industrial Area was doing all the printing work to be used before October 26.
