Wiper Party Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has said that Jubilee has hatched a plot to rig the forthcoming general elections.

Kalonzo, a former vice president, said that the ruling party wants to cut off major amenities in areas perceived to be National Super Alliance (NASA) to frustrate the voters before the August elections.

He claimed that the government wants to cut off water and power as well as ignore slums amid cholera scare.

“The plans include cutting of power and water and then militarily isolating settlements such as Mathare and Kibra on Election Day, possibly on the pretext of containing the spread of the cholera," he said, as quoted by Tuko.co.ke.

Kalonzo also said that plans are underway to transport ballot papers to rural areas in a bid to ensure that Raila does not ascend to power come August 8.

He also said Central Kenya is among the areas Jubilee wants to use to retain power illegally.

"Central Kenya is crucial to this operation, which will drive out NASA agents in order to announce near 100 % votes for Uhuru” he stated.

Kalonzo further said that the Jubilee leaders have put on standby evacuation teams to help them in their mission.
