It is the season of political defections and politicians are seeking to regroup to put themselves in a better position to win in the August elections.
Two key Jubilee party point men in Kakamega have ditched it for the Orange Democratic Party (ODM).
Rashid Mohamed and former Shinyalu MP Justus Kizito have ditched Jubilee for ODM.
Reports from reliable sources indicated that the two individual had previously benefited in hundreds of millions from the Jubilee party so as to act as the party's campaigners in the region.
Mohamed disclosed that they made the decision afte meeting with Raila Odinga and Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya.
"There has been a meeting with ODM top leaders and believe me Jubilee has suffered the loss in the county,” said Rashid.
