Kilome MP Regina Ndambuki has predicted a massive win for President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Party in Ukambani.
According to the MP, Jubilee will win 90 per cent of Ukambani votes in the August 8 polls.
Ndambuki says that Ukambani is in Jubilee and will vote for President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Speaking to journalists at Kilome town on Thursday, Ndambuki said that Kambas are tired of opposition meaningless rhetoric.
She said that over the years the region has been supporting the opposition but has not benefited in any way.
“This time round Ukambani will massively vote for President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee Party,” she said as quoted by the Standard.
The Kilome MP said that locals want to see development adding that it’s only President Kenyatta who can deliver development to Kambas.
Ndambuki, a Wiper rebel urged Kamba locals not to be swayed by opposition politicians who she said lack agenda for the country.
She appealed to Kamba politicians still clinging to the opposition to support Jubilee.
Ndambuki said that she alongside other rebel MPs will put up an intensive campaign that will see Jubilee collect all the Ukambani votes in the August general election.
