Deputy President William Ruto has assured Kenyans that Jubilee administration will serve all Kenyans equally.

He said no part of the country will be discriminated because of their political or tribal affiliations.

“Let me assure Kenyans that the Jubilee administration will continue with the implementation of the projects it started five years and ensure all parts of the country are served equally regardless of their political differences,” he said after attending a Sunday mass in honour of Bishop Cornelius Korir at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Sunday.

"We will ensure every Kenyan gets the fruits of the Jubilee government," he added.

He eulogised the late Bishop Korir as a peace icon and urged Kenya's to emulate him.

"I want to send my heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the deceased, may God give you strength during this hard time of grief," he said.

"Bishop always stood for the truth no matter the consequences and always built bridges of peace among worrying communities," noted the deputy president.

He said the government will take over burial preparations and will clear all cost incurred.

"Because of the great work that bishop did, the president has ordered that the government takes a key role in burial preparations," he said.
