Speaking on Citizen TV Thursday,Kisiangani maintained that none of the outfits will stick to their promises and deliver on their pledges should they achieve their wishes further terming the entire process as meer 'showbiz'.
''None of the outfits will stick to their pledges. Also these are the very same promises we have always heard whenever the nation is approaching a general election,'' said the Professor.
He further accused both of misleading Kenyans on the war against graft.
''None of the manifestos clearly spell out how it will counter graft.Everybody is beating around the bush,'' said Kisiangani.
This comes at a time when both of the alliances are throwing jabs at each other with each accusing the other of giving unrealistic promises.Jubilee has maintained that NASA cannot fight graft alleging that the team is itself made up of corrupt leaders and is sponsored by corruption money and cartels.
NASA is on the other hand accusing the President Uhuru Kenyatta-led fraternity of refurbishing the promises they gave in the last general election after being unable to address them in it's first term.
Both are seeking to form the next government with Jubilee banking its hopes on the President and NASA rallying behing former Premier Raila Odinga.
