According to political analysts led by Martin Andati, there is a big possibility for Jubilee changing Kisii residents’ minds to join the ruling coalition in next year's election.

Andati said the Kisii region is a Cord zone, going by the votes from last general election, and advised Cord to take it serious and get back to Kisii to 'talk' to their people and consolidate their support.

“UhuRuto’s visit in the Gusii region is something important for Jubilee. Cord should not take easy that they will get the full support as they got in the last general election,” said Andati.

“Cord should be serious about the visit and try to see whether they have power in Gusii region. As you see our president launched various development projects in Gusii and that is what the wananchi want, Cord should see what is going on,” added Peter Home another political analyst.
