The forceful eviction of St Mary's Langata Hospital staff was not authorised by any court.
A Nakuru judge whose ruling is said to have given an okay for the violent eviction by the nuns has come out saying he never instructed any organisation to use force in their quest to push out the former management.
According to Justice Sila Munyao, the ruling only meant that the transfer in management be smooth and not as violent as it turned out when the Assumption Sisters of Nairobi were taking over the facility from American priest William Charles Fryda.
The Langata hospital serves the entire west part of Nairobi and is among the biggest health facilities easily accessed by Kibera residents.
