Using the hashtag #stinkingsewage, the twitter-verse lashed out at the judge for comparing doctors and their representatives to stinking sewage.

"If you are leaders who cannot control your members then you should not be officials of the union... As long as you are dirty, your clients are dirty. They are stinking of sewage. They cannot come before this court and seek other orders. A contempt is same as stinking sewage," the judge said.

These remarks did not go down well with Kenyans.

Dr.Bosire Wairimu wrote, "#JusticeWasilwa owes Kenyandoctors an apology!#IAmNotASewageDoctor

Alex Momanyi added, "how does a sitting judge sworn to uphold impartiality, call doctors #stinkingsewage?"

In her ruling, Wasilwa gave the doctors a two-week window period to call off the strike or face a one month jail term. She said that a CBA can only be implemented if it was registered at the court.
