The curtains fell on the hearing of a case challenging the election of Kitutu Saba MP Shadrack Mose on Friday.Strangely enough, throughout the hearing, the petitioner, Justus Omiti, never rose to speak in spite of being present during the sessions.Judge Makau has given the IEBC and Kitutu Saba MP 10 days to make their submissions before he makes a ruling next year February.Shadrack Mose won against former MP Richard Bosire.
