Kitutu Chache South MP Richard Onyonka said that the money was so little yet the three had ignored court orders.

“The Judiciary was so lenient on the leaders. Judges serving at the Kenyan courts should give equal punishment the same way they do to NASA politicians when arrested and taken to court,” he said.

He said opposition leaders should also start defying court orders and summons because those who claim to be government officers were doing so.

"The constitution we fought for is being abused by the government, this is really sad," he said.
