Chief Justice David Maraga has indicated that the Judiciary is ready to hear and give ruling to all election petitions cases that will be filed in Courts countrywide after the August 8, general elections.
He said Judges and Magistrates across the Country have received special training on how to deal with such cases, including disputes emanating from political party nominations.
Maraga asked politicians not to engage in political fights misunderstandings but rather run to Court for legal help.
He was speaking in Narok, Monday, when he officially opened the first High Court in the County.
