Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu has said that the judiciary is ready to hand election petitions after the August 8 polls.
Mwilu stated the Judiciary is well equipped and capable of handling the disputes impartially.
The DCJ was speaking in Mombasa on Monday during a judges coloqurioum.
During the meeting, Mwilu said that all political parties ordered to conduct fresh party primaries should repeat the exercise.
She said that ignoring the directive was illegal.
