Judiciary Registrar Anne Amadi has said the judiciary has not been informed of the swearing in of the National Super Alliance (Nasa) Raila Odinga. Raila during a Nasa rally at Manyanja road in Eastlands on Tuesday told his supporters that he will be sworn-in as president on December 12."I am not a coward, I will be sworn as president on Jamhuri Day, I am the legitimate president," said Raila."The Judiciary has not been notified on the inauguration ceremony planned by the Opposition party," Amadi said on Friday at Pride Inn Hotel.Reports indicate the opposition team has already dispatched invitation cards for Odinga's inauguration However the details of the swearing in venue are still scanty. Nasa leaders have maintained President Uhuru Kenyatta's victory was illegitimate and said they won't recognise his presidency. Uhuru and his deputy William Ruto took their oath of office for a second and final term on Tuesday 28 at the Kasarani stadium in Nairobi.
