Munyua, in the event graced by the CDF Chairman Ken Ngumba stated that the residents should apply for more funds, as they have not exhausted the bursary-allocation of the constituency thus the little number that applies benefits a lot.

He called on the residents to use the development funds in the area for their benefits, as the money is theirs to use and not to be kept in the accounts, saying that at the end of the financial year, the money remaining will be returned to the National treasury.

He urged all those missing school fees and other funds to apply and ensure they use to maximum the funds provided for them.

He said that he earlier in February disbursed Sh40 million to the residents, both bursary and developments, thus the area is much better at the moment as he has tried his best to relieve the cries from the poor Juja people.

The MP stated that CDF was meant to reduce poverty, especially at the grassroots level, and with almost all schools and market centers supplied with electricity; local residents should make tremendous progress towards transforming their lives.
