Juja MP Francis Waititu has called on the Jubilee government to ignore the opposition's constant criticisms and instead focus on its development agenda.
Speaking to journalists in Juja town on Wednesday, the MP said the government will be wasting time listening and responding to the opposition’s propaganda.
“Our President should ignore the criticism being perpetuated by the opposition and focus on serving Kenyans,” said the MP.
The Juja lawmaker said the opposition was not happy by the development agenda spearheaded by the Jubilee government.
“The opposition thought that the Jubilee government was destined to fail but they are shocked and that is why they have resorted to propaganda,” he said.
The Juja MP challenged the opposition led by former Prime Minister Raila to be objective and engage the government in meaningful criticism.
The MP said the opposition had failed and wants to make the government fail on its pledges for Kenyans.
Meanwhile, the MP has urged leaders across the county to focus on serving citizens.
The MP said he has an agenda to improve infrastructure and other developments in Juja in the coming year.
He said plans and surveys have been made on key infrastructure developments that will commence soon in the constituency.
