Suna East MP Junet Mohammed says NASA coalition will subject President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto to trial over economic crimes.
Both NASA and Jubilee are set for an epic battle this August, barely five years after the two teams faced each other.
Speaking at Homabay on Sunday, Mohammed accused Jubilee of failing to handle the economy of the country due to corruption in government institutions.
“These two gentlemen glorify corruption and vandalism. We shall ensure that they face the law immediately they leave office,” he said.
“They have never taken any action against rogue public servants and even corruption is rampant in their offices. They must be held liable for all this,” he added.
Under the new constitution, Ex-leaders are not spared from scrutiny since they can be subjected to court proceedings.
Mohammed is a critical player in NASA campaign and was tasked by the opposition secretariat to take charge of minority campaigns.
