Speaking on Sunday in Mwala town, Musyoka stated that the Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi's sentiments on examination cheating were not shared by stakeholders and therefore parents should ignore.

"The statements that parents should not visit their children to me doesn't make sense. And to the minister with all due respect you should consult stakeholders," said Musyoka.

The Member of parliament further stated that those affected were only the students in boarding Schools, unlike the day scholars who will be meeting their parents daily.

"The reasons given do not make sense as day school students will he heading home every day but apart from that there is second and first term in which the exams are made very early in the year," he added.
