Foreign envoys are slated to address the press, any time from now, (2pm), ahead of the fresh presidential election.
An update from the the US Embassy in Kenya, said the envoys would issue a joint statemnet, in advance of Kenya’s fresh poll, slated for October 26th.
"Ambassadors and High Commissioners will shortly be reading a joint statement in advance of Kenya’s new presidential election," read the communique, Monday at 2pm.
During their last presser at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi, the foreign envoys asked the political class, to respect the IEBC, and support it as it prepares to conduct the poll.
They said they would support IEBC, on its efforts to ensure Kenya holds a free, fair and credible poll, and further warned politicians that they would be denied entry to their states, if they engage in violence.
