Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho is scheduled to visit National Resistance Movement (NRM) general Miguna Miguna at a hospital in Dubai where he was diagnosed with injuries resulting from police brutality at the JKIA, the ODM party has revealed.
The ODM Deputy Party leader who has been on an official visit to Estonia in East Europe will pass through Dubai to see the general before flying back to Nairobi Kenya.
"ODM deputy party leader Ali Hassan Joho who is in Dubai on an official visit is expected to pay a visit to NRM general Miguna Miguna in the hospital where he is admitted after sustaining injuries as a result of police brutality and severe sedation," the ODM party revealed in a tweet.
Miguna Miguna was forced to fly to Dubai after he was drugged by the police at the JKIA on Wednesday night. Miguna explained that he was unconscious throughout the flight only to wake up in Dubai.
He is currently at a hospital at the Dubai International Airport where he landed early Thursday morning. He has vowed to return back to Kenya either today or tomorrow contrary to orders that he fly to London, England.
Joho has recently been attacked by his subjects, the Mombasa residents over his silence on Miguna Miguna's deportation.
