The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has called off primaries in three counties that were to be conducted Friday, April 21.

According to the ODM director of communication Philip Etale, the exercise in Migori, Homa Bay and Vihiga counties has been pushed to later dates.

“ODM NEB postpones all the planned nominations exercise for tomorrow to various dates. HBC & Migori to Mon 24th, Vihiga to Sat 22nd,” said Etale in an update, Thursday.

Reasons behind postponement of nominations in the counties perceived to be ODM strongholds, are yet to be communicated.

Jubilee party is set to kick off its nominations tomorrow in 21 counties.
