The celebration galore at the school was unmatched after the announcement of the results with students dancing and singing songs in praise.

Speaking on Wednesday at the school's compound, the school's principal Henry Kiplagat attributed the success to hard work.

“This time the school has improved greatly compared to 2013. This is due to hard work by students and commitment by our teaching staff,” said Kiplagat.

The KCSE results were announced on Tuesday by Education Cabinet Secretary Prof Jacob Kaimenyi. Moi High School had the highest number of candidates who scored grade A (134), A-(114), B+ (17 ), B (8), B- (1) meaning all candidates secured entry to the university after meeting the minimum threshold of C+.

Kiplagat said that they would continue to work hard to attain better performance in 2015 exams.

“We are targeting 11.5 in 2015 exams and we have started the ball rolling. The 2014 exams have given us hope,” said Kiplagat.

Kiplagat said that the whole Kabarak fraternity would step up their efforts in ensuring they maintain the academic glory.
