People of Kabete Constituency have been urged to ensure that they do not vote for strangers in the come 4/05/2015 by-elections.
John Wamagata who is the Safina Party Candidate urged the residents of Kabete to vote for one of their own, one they really know well.
Wamagata who was speaking in Kabete centre as he went from door to door doing his campaign assured the people of Kabete that he was going to bring development and continue from where the late Muchai had left.
"I want to assure you that I am a man of development and together with you, we are going to ensure that Kabete Constituency is one of the most developed constituency in Kiambu County," Wamagata said.
Wamagata went ahead and asked the people of Kabete to turn up in large number and to ensure that they vote for their own candidate based on merit and not popularity.
"Kindly ensure that you shun away outsiders who want just to be voted for their own interests and not yours. You should vote for one of your own and one who knows this constituency very well," Wamagata said.
He went ahead and called all the leaders in the constituency to unite and to work with one common goal in ensuring that they bring development which the people of kabete really want. The MP seat was left vacant after the death of former MP George Muchai
