Kiambu County Governor William Kabogo has moved to assure that his government is committed to delivering on all its promises to the Kiambu people before the next elections.
He said this when he launched the Kiambu County Health Plan for 2014/2019 in Kiambu town.
The governor noted that the time is running out and the electorates will ask them in 2017 what they did in five years.
"When I met some MCAs this morning, I asked them how many budgets they think they will have to pass before we go for elections", said Kabogo.
"I told them we only have one more because the other one we will only receive money for the first quarter and then go home to seek fresh mandate," he added.
He however exuded confidence saying that with time and prayers they are equal to the task.
Speaking in the same function, the County Health CEC Dr Jonah Manjari asked the corporate world to join in to make the plan a reality.
"We want to revive all public health facilities in all wards but we are short of finances," he pointed out.
