Kabogo said that a section of leaders want to tarnish his name by inciting Kenyans that he has embezzled a huge sum of money that he is not aware of.

He accused unnamed leaders of intefering in the affairs of the county government instead of working towards achieving their manifestos.

The county boss said he has survived 2014, which he said was full of challenges in his government and hopes to achieve county targets in 2015.

“I survived the year 2014 with tribulations and fingers pointed at me for petty mistakes and am sure year 2015 will be a walkover,” he said.

Kabogo explained that young politicians will not teach him to run and lead the people.

“This young people who joined politics when am retiring will not teach me how to work, they are just immature in politics,” Kabogo ridiculed.

He challenged a section of leaders to table their efforts and achievement they have done to the people of Kiambu.
