The governor said he is keen on development and not faulting other leaders.

He said that leaders like Ng’ang’a are always keen to point out fingers to his counterparts and he wondered why she has not yet commented on the Juja MP’s text message saga.

The tag of war between Kiambu governor and Thika MP has intensified from the time Kabogo took office back in 2013 after constantly defeating Ng’ang’a on various occasions as an MP of larger Juja area.

Kabogo said that he is working towards development and 'not to wait like a hawk for other leaders to fall' so that he can celebrate on their downfalls.

“I was chosen to develop and upgrade the lives of Kiambu people and I will not waste your time arguing and fighting with people who have no business in my work,” said Kabogo

The county governor, who was speaking on Wednesday when he toured Witeithie estate, urged MCAs to concentrate on development and let Juja MP deal with his problems.

Kabogo visited Witeithie, Juja and Kalimoni ward in Juja sub-county for consultative meetings on the development agendas as well as issuing bursaries to over 1,400 beneficiaries in those wards.

He called on residents to wait for the police report concerning the Juja MP’s accusation and not to run into conclusions like other Kiambu leaders.
