Kiambu governor has asked the business community to partner with the county on development.
Addressing the business community at a local hotel in Ruaka on Tuesday, William Kabogo said that his government is ready to partner with business owners.
The Kiambu boss urged business people to pump money into county projects.
“As we move forward, it is important to work together in efforts to make service delivery better for our people,” he said.
Kabogo assured the business community of a conducive environment for their work.
He said his government will formulate proper policies that will encourage investments in the county.
Kabogo refuted claims that the county government was infringing on the rights of traders and business people.
The Kiambu governor also assured business people of their safety.
He said the county government is working closely with the national government to ensure the security of investors is guaranteed.
The governor said that security is important for the success and economic development of Kiambu.
