Kiambu County Governor William Kabogo has vowed to be ignore the rebellious Kiambu leaders and focus on development of the County regardless of their malicious fight.
The governor said that politicking only proves that the two parties share petty ideas. He added that his action of development will speak for itself.
Kabogo has expressed his concerns with Jubilee Alliance Party (JAP) leaders fighting against each other instead of working as a team to ensure that Kiambu remains at the top among all counties.
He said that Kiambu County was voted as the most progressive Counties in terms of diversity and inclusion of constitutional rights of men, women and disable persons in Kenya, urging Kiambu leaders not to lose the title because of mere politics.
He said that the award which was given during the National Gender and Persons Living with Disabilities has greatly encouraged the County towards other developments saying his arrogance made them achieve great things in the county.
Kabogo who was speaking on Wednesday during the launch of Educational and Infrastructural Support Programme for Persons with Disabilities at Joytown Special School, he urged residents not to be misled by leaders who only focus on his downfall.
His sentiments was followed closely by the Kenya Deputy President William Ruto who condemned the inn house fighting saying it only makes Jubilee weak rather than being strong to lead the country.
Ruto has called on Kiambu leaders to have a common ground and the time for politics is not yet but it is time for development for the opposition to have no room in politicking their development.
He said that unity is power and if the fight between brothers of the same political party continues they should have a dialogue to reach a common ground.
