Kajiado Governor David Nkedianye has dismissed results putting Jubilee Party candidate Joseph Ole Lenku ahead of him in the governor race.

Nkedianye was vying on a Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket.

The governor said the provisional results were fake.

“We do not have faith in the results being relayed on TV or recognise them as they are not genuine,” said Dr Nkedianye, Wednesday.

The ODM leader said he was waiting for Form 34As before making his decision.

We are awaiting the results from Form 34 A as well as the remaining results. In the meantime we are asking the people of Kajiado to remain peaceful,” he said, as quoted by The Nation.
