With the plight of the exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna continuing to haunt top ODM and NASA leadership, Homa Bay Senator Moses Kajwang has contradicted his party boss Raila Odinga's position on the issue of the fiery activist.
Raila who spoke a fortnight ago on Dr. Miguna's troubles when he visited London, suggested that probably the former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate is his own enemy after allegedly failing to cooperate with Immigration officials at the airport to have him cleared before being allowed into the country- the claims that Dr. Miguna denied.
However, while speaking during an interview on Citizen TV on Thursday, Senator Kajwang disagreed with the former Prime Minister even as he squarely blamed the authorities for ignoring Court orders allowing Miguna into the country.
"Miguna is a Kenyan and he cannot lose his Kenyan citizenship. Miguna is saying the truth that the court orders have been issued to the government officials but they have not respected," said the Senator.
Miguna Miguna who was a key figure during Raila's January 30 swearing in as the People's President was deported in February. His attempts to come back into the country have been unsuccessful since then.
