Cord has slated the demos starting January 4, 2017,  if the controversial Amendments passed by Jubilee MPs at the National Assembly, will not be suspended.

Led by former National Youth Movement Eng Edwin Palapala, they vowed not to give politicians a chance to use them for political gains.

Addressing the press in Makhokho, Ikolomani Constituency, Tuesday, Palapala asked politicians to first deliver and work for the electorates and youth, before calling for mass action over controversial laws that elected MPs pass in Parliament.

Palapala who eyes the Idakho East MCA post in 2017 asked the youth to get busy with their daily chores, to avoid incidents where they may get arrested or injured protesting against the controversial laws.
