Ndile says that his decision to fold TIP TIP was well thought and that he is in JP to stay.

Speaking during an interview with KBC Channel 1 on Wednesday, the former MP said that despite feeling uncomfortable in JP he will not ditch the party.

“I have no plans of ditching JP as being claimed in some quarters, I will cling on JP because I know things will change,” he said.

A section of Kamba politicians have been urging Ndile to ditch JP after it emerged that the former MP was uncomfortable.

Early this month Ndile hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta claiming he is undervaluing Kambas who are in JP.

The former MP who is now eyeing the Mavoko parliamentary seat in the August polls claimed that smaller parties that folded to form JP were allegedly being taken for granted and sidelined.

A section of Uhuru’s close allies has recently decamped from JP to Governor Alfred Mutua’s Maendeleo Chap Chap Party.

Political analysts predict more defections as political parties prepare for nominations ahead of the August 8 polls.
